Common questions
Why is the AI the paid part?
Because it is the only part with a cost per use. Every draft you ask for is a request Core5 pays for. The five modules cost nothing to run once you have the app, so they cost nothing to use.
What happens when I run out of requests?
The writing assistant stops until the month rolls over, and it tells you so plainly. Nothing else changes: your mail, your calendar and your tasks keep working exactly as before. Requests are counted, not tokens — you should be able to understand your own limit without a lesson in how language models bill.
Do I need PRO to use Core5 with my company's Google account?
No. Connecting Google, Slack, Notion or HubSpot is free, and so is using several accounts at once.
Is there a trial?
The whole app is the trial. Everything except the writing assistant is free with no time limit and no credit card.
How do I cancel?
From inside the app, and it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling leaves you on Free with everything intact — no export, no lock-out, nothing held hostage.
