Delete your account
Last updated 1 September 2026
You can delete your Core5 account yourself, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately and it cannot be undone.
From the app
- On the Mac: Settings → Account → Core5 account → Delete account.
- On the iPhone: Settings → Account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
Everything stored on our servers under your account, permanently: your tasks, projects, comments, focus sessions, rules, settings and your sign-in details. Any access tokens for Slack, Notion or HubSpot are destroyed with it. Backup copies still holding your rows are rotated out within 14 days.
What is not ours to delete
Your Google account and everything in it — your mail, your calendar and your Google Tasks — belongs to Google, and deleting Core5 does not touch it. Core5's permission to read it ends immediately; you can also remove it yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The same goes for Slack, Notion and HubSpot: the data stays in your workspace.
Anything cached on your own devices goes when you delete the app.
If you cannot get into the app
Write to privacy@core5app.com from the email address the account uses, and we will delete it for you within 30 days — usually the same day.
